For over two decades, COR CDC has been more than an organization, we've been a catalyst for change in the lives of individuals and the communities we're proud to call home. Since 2001, we've stayed true to a simple but powerful belief: when you invest in people, you transform entire communities.

Our work is built on four pillars that guide everything we do:

We ignite financial stability, entrepreneurship and workforce development, equipping individuals (youth and adult) with the tools, training, and confidence to build sustainable careers and businesses and understand how money works with our signature programs: Young Entrepreneur Academy and Banking on Your Success.

We prepare our youth for the future through dynamic STEAM programs that spark curiosity, build technological fluency, and open doors to opportunities our young people may never have imagined possible. Investing in the next generation isn't just a priority for us, it's the heartbeat of our mission under our Wrisë Booker Summer Enrichment Academy and Afterschool Programs.

We empower individuals and families through affordable housing residential services initiatives that provide not just homes, but stability, dignity, and a foundation for growth.

And we transform underserved communities by driving civic engagement and shining a spotlight on the issues that impact our daily lives because real change happens when people are informed, connected, and empowered to act.
